Project Brief

Jeel Media Marketing Agency successfully collaborated with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to implement the project “Inclusive and User-centred Digital Services in Jordan.” The project aimed to enhance municipal e-services in three urban municipalities: Karak, Zarqa, and Ramtha. Jeel Media’s role was pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the newly launched e-services and foster public participation in the digitalization process. Through innovative campaigns and user-friendly digital content, Jeel Media effectively engaged citizens and contributed to the project’s success in making municipal services more efficient, inclusive, and user-friendly.

Undertaking this project to raise awareness about the new e-government services, presented significant challenges as it necessitated starting from the ground up. Our team assumed full responsibility for both conceptualizing and implementing the entire project, encompassing the development of online and offline assets. This entailed the creation of flyers, banners, characters, and various materials aimed at effectively conveying the intended message and reaching the appropriate audience across Ramtha, Karak, and Zarqa.
